− Gardens were overgrown. Bathroom and kitchen were outdated by decades. Faulty electrical. Beds/mattresses needed replacing. TV had no antenna connected so unable to watch anything. Wiring running across sink in kitchen. Could not open freezer door with large water puddle underneath. Only mirror in bathroom with no electrical outlets so could not use hair dryer in front of mirror. Power points sparking and tripped when used. Listed as allocated parking but multiple units were told so park in same spot. No handrails on steep steps out front. Unsuitable for habitation without major renovations.
Disgusting, neglected, and dishonest - Avoid!
3.0− This place was a massive disappointment and clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. We actually found a dirty sock under the bed and a leftover bag of chips in the couch. The kitchen was filthy. The fridge was sticky with a soy sauce spill, the cabinet handles were covered in grime, and the cupboards were dirty inside. They only provided two pans to cook with, and the provided coffee pods didn't even fit the machine. The bathroom smelled heavily of stagnant water and old pipes. Instead of fixing the old/ broken tiles in the bathroom, they just covered them up with stickers, which are now peeling off. With peeling paint on the exterior and used cans piled up in the backyard, the whole property is completely run-down. Absolutely do not recommend.

− It was not very clean when I arrived, also the walls are really thin so you can hear basically every sound from the street.
