Just the venue we were looking for!
9.0I liked everything about this venue. The location, the layout, flow of spaces, decor, passive ventilation etc. Fresh clean vibe. Very well maintained. Kind, polite and courteous staff. Generously sized rooms and amenities. Variety of spaces to suit every mood and time of the day. The pool deck, lounge and baths were amazing. The cuisine was always served fresh, hot and tasty. The portions we large and sumptuous.
− Lack of adequate handrails made living here a challenge. We had three senior citizens above 75. Managing their mobility was a daunting task. Too many levels and steps to navigate. Unequal steps further compounded the problem. No protective railings. Hence very unsafe for toddlers and children. Too many switches to turn on and off. The shower divertors in two of the baths were very difficult to operate. Coffee and tea in the morning was served rather late - at 9am. A self-serve coffee and tea counter in the villa would be appreciated for early risers. There wasn't a guidebook / chart / graphic reference map of all the local activities and points of interest. Trekking routes, river location, etc.
