Nice Location, with Hidden Fees...
7.0Great location close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Beach chairs and wagon in the closet were helpful. Bathroom by the bunk beds was very nice. Washer/Dryer was very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked (utensils, cleaning products, etc). Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. AC unit works VERY well! :)
− Owner did not disclose in the listing that an additional $76 must be paid for parking pass and wristbands to access pools. The condo wasn't filthy, but it hadn't been cleaned properly (paper towels & crumbs on the floor, mildew spots on walls and ceilings). Patio door lock didn't work. HVAC unit was very noisy and made it impossible for our child to sleep in the bunk beds. The master bedroom needs a curtain - not a lot of privacy with just blinds - and it didn't block the sun in the mornings. There are only 2 elevators close to this unit, and there were times that it was impossible to get on to go up or down.
