Comfortable home away from home

So warm and inviting, central heating was on for our arrival. Such a nice touch with the complementary wine, cheese and biscuits. Cake for afternoon tea ,plus milk and orange juice. There was everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. Nice toiletries. Sadly we travelled from Perth for a funeral and we so appreciative of the extra care to make guests welcome. A big thank you.

The apartment was excellent, clean, well provisioned, modern, very comfortable. Large screen tv, lovely living room, some antique furnishings, though primarily modern fixtures and design. There was a small outdoor space I didnt use as it was cold during my stay. Walking distance to restaurants and local sites.

− Getting the key was a bit complicated, I had to travel to a real estate office about 30 min drive from where the unit was. Thankfully, the key drop off was much closer. The real estate service that manages the property seems a bit over zealous in cleaning and checkout instructions from what i typically see in booking accommodations. Seems any number of minor infractions could cause loss if your deposit. (3 days since I checked out and still waiting for deposit refund)

Location in "Little Scotland" was ideal and the cottage was lovely

− The overhead extractor fan over the cooktop was to low.

The property was in a great location, it was very clean and comfortable and the extra provisions provided were fantastic. It was beautifully presented and everything we could possibly need was provided.

− The only thing we didn't like was that the tiles on the floor of the shower were very slippery.

Cottage was in lovely central location next to running track. Good quality linen and comfortable bed. Lovely treats left - wine, cheese, cake, juice. Very relaxing stay.

− Took me a little while to work out induction cooktop but once mastered was good
