− Reclamação 1-Eu já solicitei várias vezes o Recibo ( Factura , ou Invoice ) a Homey Rental Marbella , da estadia no Los Robles de Los Arqueros golf 3 bedrooms , de 23 a 30 de Agosto em Benahavís , em nome da minha empresa que pagou a estadia com cartão visa da empresa , por estar de serviço 2-Realizei o pedido por aqui na Reserva e pelo número de Watts App que vocês me indicaram de Sra Karoline , que nem responde . 3- Qual o email da empresa “ Homey Rental Marbella” e Morada oficial , para realizar o pedido . 4- Caso a Empresa não responda realizarei queixa às Autoridades de Espanha que regulamentam a actividade de aluguer turístico . É obrigatório a emissão de Factura ou Invoice em nome da empresa que realizou pagamento . Assim serão sujeitos a inspeção de autoridades fiscais . 5- Infelizmente a empresa Booking.com como foi a plataforma de reserva e pagamento , ficará com seu bom nome afectada Agradeço vossas deligencias . Com os melhores cumprimentos do vosso cliente Dr Carlos Adriano 🇬🇧 Compla 1- I have already requested several times, the receipt (invoice) from Homey Rental Marbella for my stay at Los Robles de Los Arqueros Golf 3-bedroom apartment, from August 23rd to 30th in Benahavís, on behalf of my company, which paid for the stay with the company's Visa , as I was in service 2- I placed the order here on bookig.con and through the WhatsApp number you provided, from Ms. Karoline, who hasn't even responded. 3- What is the email address for the company "Homey Rental Marbella" and the official address to place the order? 4- If the company doesn't respond, I filed a complaint with the Spanish authorities that regulate tourist rentals. It is mandatory to issue an invoice or bill in the name of the company that made the payment. This will subject them to inspections by tax authorities. 5- Unfortunatel booking , com will has his reputation damaged as it’s the booking and payment platform

− Bedding odd, had two single empty duvet covers on king size bed to cover us and no sheet. Also didn’t like fact no cleaning products in cupboard to clean kitchen/bathroom surfaces or kitchen floor. Also didn’t provide key to pedestrian gate to get into complex so only way in or out was via the underground garage
