− This will take some time. Cleanliness was subpar - bins were filled with diapers n all from previous stay. Dead frog in the pool, they cleaned only after we told. Food taste was not great, we finally cooked on the second day as we had already paid for the meals. We are not a family of big eaters, in 1 serving the vegetable got over 2 days in a row, they had not prepared enough quantity. On informing that one of the member is gluten and lactose intolerant, and will need jowar bhakri, they made us call the main office again, and we had to remind them and show the message then they instructed the cook to go ahead and give the same for 1 member. Fruits were to be included in the breakfast and not given. When asked we were told its not informed to us and we dont have it now. Pickles, papads were written in the menu as well, but when asked they didnt have it. The glasses given were not clean, spoons were not clean. Now this is basic hygiene. They were very upfront in regards to taking full payment for everything- stay and food - before hand,which i must say was not a cheap stay. But when the time came to provide the service, they absolutely did nothing. They were so rigid and every request had to be routed via the management. Overall the stay was very taxing on us.
