− The place wasn’t clean it had ants and bugs everywhere and a lot of the appliances didn’t work

− For some reason we didn’t have hot water during our stay, but it wasn’t ice cold just lukewarm so it was fine Interestingly enough there were roosters everywhere around the property, which were a little loud but nothing you can’t ignore if you’re really tired

It’s in an unsafe area just outside the Art district with a lot of noise
4.0It’s spacious, BUT it’s not in the heart of the Art district!! It’s in the neighbourhood but on the bad side. You can’t walk there at night, it’s not safe. It was a pity that we had to do all by car. The airconditioning installation made a lot of noise, but that was a good thing to cover the planes and the roosters at night!
− It was not cleaned well in the kichten (closets), there is no dishwasher so a lot of the cutlery and plates and stuff was not clean when we arrived. It’s an unsafe area at night, it’s a pity cause nice places are quite closeby but you need a car. Really a lot of noise at night: planes, roosters (!!!) from 3am till the morning and a really loud airco.
