1.0− Found rat in the bedroom
Affordable but not clean. We had to take action in order to make our stay bearable.
5.0The bed quality was fair, we slept ok. The price was affordable, but in no way this justifies a dirty room.
− Unfortunately, the room and especilally the bedsheets/pillowcases/duvet (dark gray ones) were not clean (actually they were filthy, stained and smelled bad). We had to buy our own as shown in the pictures (pink ones). The toilet could definitely be cleaner, the same goes for the sink and the bathtub. We bought detergents to clean the toilet. The room walls need to be painted as they were full of stains, cracks and mould. We also bought a travel hair dryer, as after asking for one several times the owner just kept replying that it was not listed in the room amenities. If i were them, i would provide at least that after having the guests mentioning all the above.
Unhappy
1.0The place was very dirty and unclean Found blood strain on the bed and rat in the room

1.0Nothing there to like, environment looks dirty and saw rats around
− Seeing rats running around, shower not working properly.
Convenient location, Dirty facilities
3.0The location was super convenient for the event I was attending at The Lighthouse Theatre.
− I stayed in 2 different rooms at this location. The other room was good, but this one was quite bad. The bathroom was filthy and in poor condition. The room was also dirty, there were what I suspect are lipstick stains on one of the towels provided. I was so worried about finding stains on the sheets that I slept on top of the duvet.
