8.0Location. Pool and pool staff. Access to the beach. Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances. Excellent shower. Large tv. Nice ocean view from the window Condo owner is thoughtful and helpful.
− Ramada Marco Polo does not allow staff to use the functioning service elevators, so staff must join guests to use the 2 working elevators. No one is happy about it. Long waits. A chair or sofa in the condo would be nice.
Nothing positive to say.the owner was trying to make $$$ during her remodeling the unit.
1.0Location to the ocean
− Very rude, disrespectful, dishonest host. On the day of our arrival she mentioned “not to touch the water under the sink in the bathroom it will not fix the issue”. So sink in the bathroom did not work. Shower had even a bigger issue, faucets hardware that was just replaced, did not fit the hardware in the wall and when you open water, you can’t close it. A handyman showed up next day but he was not able to fix. The hot water was dripping nonstop,so the humidity was about 100 percent. The handyman left us pliers,so at least we were able to shower. But honestly, I had never stayed in such a poorly kept place. There was a hole in the countertop where the range used to be. The owner was trying to make $$ during holiday season in the middle of remodeling.
