10.0Perfect for our family of 4, plus our dog. Owner was so kind to throw in the trailer at no cost! I had to take a 3 hour Zoom course early in the morning, so it was great that I could stay overnight in the trailer to get up early to be on Zoom, so as not to wake up my family. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, and my kids had their own rooms! Super clean house. Great location near downtown Santa Barbara!
− Shower was a big small, but not a big deal. Driveway was narrow and somewhat steep. Best to back in for easier pull out onto street with cars parked on each side.

Comfy accommodations at the right price!
10.0Geat little home with each bedroom having access to its own bathroom. Nice to have the small third room with a day bed and the sectional couch opens into a full bed as well. The full-size kitchen was awesome for our stay, but the top benefit of this location is the off-street parking for two vehicles. We also loved the option of the small camper in the backyard! Plenty of hot water and the thermostat was easy to operate. Wi-Fi Bandwidth was great for all connected.
− What's not to like?
Great for family and relatives. They enjoyed playing games/TV game indoor/outdoor.
8.0The host is very nice, helpful. and always quick to respond. It makes us feel very comfortable staying there.
− Everything is as described and expected. If I have to pick one, then probably the backyard can be a little cleaner. That's all.
