9.0This was a great place to stay, it had everything we needed. My sons loved the movie room. Great location quick walk to metro, shopping and restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick with responses.

Great location with all amenities
10.0Great video which showed how to enter the yard, go through the gate, and get to the unit and lockbox. The unit was three stories. Lower level - 2 bedrooms + bath, Main level - living room. Upper level - Kitchen, dining table, bedroom +bath. Keurig coffee maker with many pods + tea and creamer. The apt. was a couple of blocks from the Metro, Trader Joe's, and many restaurants/bars. GREAT HOST. Very easy to communicate with and rapid reply.

9.0Toller Vermieter, hat sich um alles gekümmert, war immer ansprechbar. Schnelle Antworten, gute Kommunikation. Lage top. Die Organisation des kostenfreien Parkplatzes vor der Tür, auch nach kurzfristiger fahrzeugwechsel war super. Küche ist sehr gemütlich. Super Kühlschrank
− Schlafzimmer unten sehr hellhörig, bzw. Wandteiler am Fenster offen. Ein Schlafzimmer war sehr kalt. Feuermelder ohne Batterie, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht richtig. Im gesamten aber verkraftbar und trotzdem ein super Haus.

10.0The property and neighborhood was great, we enjoyed a quiet house while still being able to walk a lot (US capital ex less than 20 min). Close to metro which is great for rainy days. Good and affordable restaurant and cafes in the area.
