Overall good stay but host not responsive to our concerns.
7.0Location was convenient to Ayala. Nice pool on 28th floor but open to sun.
− For 3 days host did not respond to concerns with toilet seat coming off and oscillating fan not working properly. We went a day with no water refilled as promised. Last day we had a dead cockroach with many ants but the made no attempt to come and remove or investigate. AC only in bedroom and not strong enough to also cool livingroom well.

8.0Very accessible location, host was good and accomodating. Place was very comfortable and cozy!
− Some little things like hand soap weren't available and extra blankets, but that's fine since we got it at the end. The hand soap was actually a sanitizing gel but we ended up just using the body wash.
