The place was clean, but I am not an airbnb kind of gal.

the house was clean

− The towels and washcloths were very cheap. The washcloths were like microfiber rags you use on a car. One of the beds had an unpleasant spot on the sheets. Even if they had been cleaned, they should not be used. Cushion on the couch was ripped up. The shrubbery in the front needed to be trimmed. There was no curb appeal. Too many remotes for a tv with no instructions on how to use them. The kitchen chairs are very flimsy. A larger person would be compromised. The blinds in the children's room needs to be replaced. No hangers in the closets. The bedroom in the front had a vent going thru it, that left an opening for cold air to get in. Patio furniture was out back, but no cushions available to sit on.

The house looked just like the pictures. No surprises in store. We had a wonderful time

Not thrilled with Atlantic City

It had some food for the initial cooking, like salt and pepper that comes in handy. Also had a fair amount of cooking utensils. House is very spacious, rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Internet was also good and we could catch streamed movies in one of the many TVs around the house. Decoration is cute and they did a good job in trying to make us feel home. Fenced backyard was very handy for our dog and it would have been nice to seat outside and relax. Owner is very responsive and sent a technician as soon as we had our air conditioning problem, unfortunately the solution didn't last long... It's right in front of a park to walk the dog, fairly close to city and boardwalk. We liked visiting the nearby beach cities, we were positively surprised by the Jersey shore.

− Air conditioning would stop working (if we turned off for a little it wouldn't restart), window blackouts were not dark enough, not the best level of cleaning, one of the beds had sand in the sheets when my son was going in, so he decided to sleep in another bed. Fans had almost an inch of dust on the top, also under the beds and corners... Also there were very few plates, cups and eating utensils, we had to wash after every use. Plates and cups were all plastic. Grill didn't have gas in the bottle. Neighborhood is a bit strange, but that is everywhere in Atlantic City.

I loved the house nicely decorated very clean and comfortable

− The only thing I didn’t like was the tv situation it was difficult to login to the apps. Also the bushes in front of the house needs to be trimmed

Nice spacious villa with problematic owner

Very nice typical american house, in nice, safe and calm location. Very spacious, with terrace and small garden.

− The AC doesnt work in first floor, where are two dormitories. There is a problem with electricity - when we switched on a microvave oven, the fuse have blown, and the air condition stopped working. Fortunately, the landlord repaired it, but after our departure he demanded for us to pay 200 USD for allegedly damages, that we did not couse. So the biggest problem was in landlords approach.

Property was decorated well, clean, and owner was so wonderful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but they worked to fix the problem immediately.

− Property was a little out of the way, but we knew when we booked it.
