The apartment was good clean and located prime spot, no lifts was bit annoying.

Proximity to Gloucester Rd tube station was desirable.

− This was a thoroughly dirty place. The two bathrooms/showers could not have been cleaned in months (hair, mould, grime and truly filthy tiles). In addition the showers didn’t drain properly so we were restricted to approx. 1 min showers before the bathrooms flooded. Neighbour below would come up and complain that her lounge room was being flooded following our showers. The walls and floors were dirty - hadn’t been cleaned/mopped in weeks/months. If you’re ok with having to do a deep clean with your own cleaning products when you arrive, then go for it. Apart from the fact there is a useable washing machine that saves you having to go to a laundromat, I sincerely would not recommend this place to anyone. You have been warned!

Location is fine, close to tube. We were allowed to check in early Washing machine 2 bathrooms Enough towels

− 1. Key located next to a gate that doesn't open with the key (key is broken). We called the owner multiple times, answered way later. Learned later that there's another gate around the block. 2. Had to wipe everything as soon as we came in, every horizontal surface was dusty, dirty or had someone's hairs. 3. Right under windows - pub vents. Hot air goes into open vindows. And weed occasionally. And constant vents noise. 4. Tiny bathrooms. Cant be inside and open shower doors. Water in shower doesn't go through. 5. Freezer unusable - full of ice, noone ever cleaned it. Barely 3 hangers in the closets. 7. Lightbulbs dying - strobing in multiple places. 8. Many pans in cabinets, barely any for induction stove. 9.Toilet brush without a bin, just on a floor. Dirt around and next to sink. 10. One bed tolerable, second broken and very soft. 11. no wifi Summary: unpleasant and uncomfy, but surviveable. Owner needs to get a proper cleaner and invest 100 into amenities.

− la struttura era molto sporca e non pulita .non ci sono tende oscuranti e quindi é risultato difficile dormire dato che la luce entrava già alle prime ore del mattino. secondo piano senza ascensore.

Great location, good apartment

Location is great. Key collection was tricky with keys across the road from the gate. Then, the gate key did not work and we had to use a 2nd gate.

− The Wifi provided did not work; Speedtest had it as 0.01Mb/s. I messaged the host but never heard back.
