10.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, je ca. 10 Fußminuten (ggf. auch weniger) zur Uferpromenade und in die Altstadt, z. B. Kathedrale, Coca-Cola-Cafe geführlt nur 2-3 Mintuen zu Fuß. Im Appartment sind die Wände teilweise aus Sandstein, hat mir schon bei ersten Anblick auf den Bilder gefallen, hat Charme und mir hat dort sehr gut gefallen, alles sauber, gute Kommunkation, Preis-/Leistung und Lage sehr gut. Man bekommt per E-Mail den Zugangscode für die Haustüre (gibt zwei Kästchen, bei mir war es das grau/silberne Kästchen an der Hauswand und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe am Apparment. Wer nicht soviel mitnehmen will, man kann dort die Wäsche waschen, gibt einen Innenhof, da stehen Waschmaschinen, kostet glaube ich 1,50 Dollar. Alles in alles sehr zufrieden.
