10.0Polecamy ten apartament. Jest duży, świetnie urządzony i wyposażony. Kontakt z właścicielem świetny. Poranki i wieczory na tarasie to pełny relaks. Mieliśmy pożyczony samochód, więc dojazd do Ankony i na plażę nie stanowił problemu. Bo rzeczywiście apartament jest w odległości kilku kilometrów od centrum. Przez to trochę jest się w mieście, a trochę plażuje. Mix idealny. No i widok na zatokę koi zmysły. Częste przejazdy pociągów nie są uciążliwe, bo sypialnie mają okna z drugiej strony budynku.

Fornito di ogni comfort!Per non parlare della pulizia,entrando si sente una ventanta di freschezza ed un profumo di pulito che in tanti anni non ho mai trovato in nessun altro posto!La terrazza spettacolare con una vista stupenda! E Benedetta è una persona gentilissima, disponibile,precisa e premurosa! consigliatissimo anche perché situato in un posto strategico dove da lì si può raggiungere ogni tappa della riviera del Conero in poco tempo!

9.0Le logement est très beau,bien équipé.grande terrasse. La propriétaire est très réactive et aimable
− Il y a une voie ferrée entre la plage et la résidence,on doit donc marche sur une route très fréquenté pendant 800 mètres.loin de tout animation et du centre ville.necessite une voiture.l endroit ressemble a une banlieue parisienne

− Photo trompeuse Une ligne de chemin de fer se situe à 50 mètres devant l immeuble un nombre important de passage de train même la nuit Également une route à fort trafic se situe le long de la voie ferrée Le propriétaire de L appartement de dessous possède un chien quelques aboiements
