Beautiful clean spacious ground floor flat.Everything we need was there.Very close ti high street.For 2 pensioners it was so handy fir walking distance fir everything.but it was fresh and clean .

I stayed at this property for two days, and unfortunately my experience was far from what the previous 5-star reviews suggested. I honestly don’t know who left those ratings, but they definitely did not reflect the real condition of the place. When I arrived, I found a bucket with a mop soaking in black water, which seemed to have been used to “clean” the floors. The entire apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to breathe. The sofas were dirty, and the cushions were just as unclean and had a noticeable bad odor. The bathtub did not drain properly, likely because it was clogged, and the bathroom overall was quite dirty. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness. Whoever is responsible for cleaning clearly does only surface-level work, not a proper cleaning. The towels were yellowed and stiff, and they did not feel or smell fresh. The bed sheets and blankets also had an odd smell, as if they weren’t washed after each guest. On top of all this, the property does not look like the photos posted online. From my perspective, it shouldn’t be legal to upload heavily edited or misleading pictures, as this tricks customers into expecting something that is simply not there. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this property unless the host makes serious improvements to cleanliness, hygiene, and transparency.
