La ubicación

− El acceso muy malo, oscuro, sucio. Subir al apartamento 7 tramos de escaleras desgastadas,estrechos peldaños y estrecha la escalera, que para subir 4 maletas fue un suplicio. Colchones muy malos. Mucho ruido en el edificio del apartamento de al lado y planta de abajo.

En general todo bien , menos que está en un cuarto y las escaleras muy antiguas para subirlas .

Nice stay but our building key didnt work and it ruined our trip

It was a clean, good sized property located in a very central location but it wasn't anything special for that price and based on the photos I expected a bit more... Still it had an oven, electric kettle and other amenities for people staying there for longer

− Our building key didn't work which we didn't find out until almost midnight when we tried to go back for the evening and couldn't enter the building. We had to contact the host who wasn't even in Venice and tried to offer us a solution but the "spare" keys he asked us to get were also not working because there was obvious something wrong with the door... After about 50 minutes he woke up another guest staying in the building so she could open the door instead which made us feel terrible for her being awaken after midnight because of their faulty door. The host was very rude about this whole accident too - tried to blame this on us and convince us that all 3 of us and the other guest that we weren't rotating in the right direction... Even though all 4 of us couldn't open with our key BUT were able to open with the other guest's key and I had that on video which I shared with him repeatedly. That really spoiled our stay especially since he continued to try to convince me for hours on the next day as well that 4 people couldn't figure out how to unlock a door rather than admitting something wasn't right with his door. Booking's support was very unhelpful about that as well - it was super hard to reach them when the accident happened and they refused any partial refund because it obviously had to come from the host, so if you book at this property keep in mind that you might end up in a similar situation with zero support from anyone! The only other real drawback was that the stair are numerous and *very* steep please keep that in mind! Also I kept trying to get an invoice from the hosts for weeks and they simply won't send one my way.
