10.0La résidence très propre et très calme. Le parking couvert. L’accessibilité à la plage et au port. Les climatisations dans le salon et les chambres. La cuisine entièrement équipée. Attention cependant à l’amperrage, micro onde et plaque en même temps font sauter l’électricité. Le personnel qui s’occupe de la location est très accessible et très sympa !
− Les climatisations de la chambre manquaient d’entretien, une odeur désagréable s’y dégageait.

10.0El apartamentos estaba genial y tenía todo lo necesario, la piscina espectacular y muy cerca de la playa. Hizo mucho, mucho calor y el aire acondicionado es muy silencioso. Muchos servicios cerca (super, restaurantes...), aunque para llegar al centro de Denia hay un paseo de unos 20 min.
− Es un segundo sin ascensor pero las escaleras son cómodas de subir. Los colchones quizás demasiado blandos.
