− Utemiljön var inte iordning, mkt skräpigt intryck i utemiljön och uteplatsen. Det stod att det skulle finnas cyklar men de var inte iordning.

− Kort sagt alt - ulækkert, beskidt, slidt, skrald i haven, ikke varmt badevand, smadret vindue i terrassedøren, ødelagte persienner, ikke rengjort og jeg ku blive ved
