Cleanliness of the property was up to par. Pool was amazing and amenities were provided as mentioned. Dias, Ula and Wayan really made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Communication was effective and they helped out where they could when needed.

− Everything was up to standard except the construction noise in the mornings, there is currently construction happening nearby but hopefully it will be done soon.

Large villa with 3 bedrooms.

− We stayed at this villa for five days, and we weren’t very satisfied with our stay. When we arrived, we saw that there was construction work taking place right next to our villa. The host told us that the work was scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. On their website, however, it was stated that construction was happening near the villa, not right next to it — which is misleading for guests, and I explained this to them several times. As soon as we entered the villa, the open-plan kitchen and living room area smelled very bad, as if the garbage from previous guests hadn’t been taken out. They did respond quickly to this issue and brought us air freshener sprays and diffusers. One of the rooms couldn’t be locked because the balcony door lock was broken, but someone came to fix it after we contacted them. Also, the construction work never started at 9:00 a.m. as they had told us, but rather at 7:00 a.m., and continued until late in the afternoon, not until 5:00 p.m. This was quite tiring for us because we had come to relax, not to deal with noise and shouting all day. They offered us a 15% discount for our next visit, but of course we won’t be returning, as they were not transparent from the beginning about the construction. It would be better if they clearly stated that the work is happening next to the villa, not just near it. I want to emphasize this once again.

Aesthetically pleasing however not practical function or safe.

The property overall was great. Great kitchen great beds etc

− There was loud construction which was ongoing from 7am - 5am which was extremely disruptive. The lock on the door entering the property was very temperamental the key was constantly jammed. The door leading into the villa wouldn’t lock so the house wasn’t secure. We felt like we slept with one eye open all week as it didn’t feel safe. The bedroom door leading into the bedroom from the pool didn’t work so we were stuck outside of the bedroom on the first night.
