− Não deixaram a chave no locker como haviam combinado. O que trouxe desconforto no check in com duas crianças e coisas congeladas do mercado. Não fizeram nada para amenizar o lapso. Chão sujo. Toalha de mesa suja. Colchão de casal ruim. Não deixaram cápsulas de café para todos os dias da hospedagem
