Our stay was absolutely magical! The home had such a cozy, welcoming feel, exactly what I imagined when dreaming of the perfect Italian coast getaway. The location couldn’t be better. We had the most stunning view of the beach, and the easy access was unbeatable. It was literally just walk down the steps and you’re there! The furniture and overall charm of the home made me feel like I was living in a movie. It truly captured the essence of Sardinia. Mauro was an incredible host! So kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. When I accidentally left the keys inside, he went out of his way to meet up with me and bring a spare set. That level of hospitality really made the experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or memorable stay. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

− Small showers but that’s typical in many Italian homes. It would be easier to have a pin pad for the door, but if the hosts want to keep the property’s authentic and charm with the door lock and keys, that’s perfectly fine too.

Beautiful house, amazing location. Nothing to fault, we will be back.

This was the perfect house for our stay in Santa Teresa. Spacious, super clean, comfy beds and very nice but not too precious. This is a real family home and it makes it so much better than a "rental only" kind of place. It has real soul. The view is incredible, the location is amazing, steps form one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to. And to top it off the host, Mauro, is a great guy. Super helpful with the house and had great recos for the town. He even helped book a boat rental for us. This is his families home and you can feel the care and love he has for it.

Perfect stay in the best house with the most gorgeous view!

Everything was perfect! This is the best placed villa in all of Santa Teresa Gallura. Book it, you won't regret it, it is so much better than it looks online. It is huge! It was an easy 2 hour drive from Alghero airport. On arrival, I was a bit unsure about where the house was, but when I rang Mauro, Daniela's brother, he assured me I was actually outside it. It was a gorgeous, big white house. We'd arrived in 2 cars, but there's really only room for one outside the house, but this wasn't a problem, as we parked around the corner. Accessing the villa was easy, by use of a key safe. Honestly, this is the most beautiful house I've stayed in on holiday. It overlooks the bay of Rena Bianca. At the rear of the house, there are 2 bedrooms that overlook the beach (from a private height): 1 double and 1 twin. The double is plenty big enough to have a travel cot in there, but we moved it to the front twin bedroom. The other front bedroom is a double and is spacious. All rooms had ensuite. At the rear, there is a very large balcony area overlooking the bay. We read, relaxed and gazed out over some stunning sunsets on there. It was so beautiful. The light, spacious lounge and dining room are joined. Lots of seating. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need in it. Herbs, spices, oil, clingfilm, foil, dishwasher tablets etc. The coffee machine and coffee, but especially the wine, was very much appreciated!!! It was brilliant. The laundry room meant we could keep up with washing beach towels. When coming in from the beach, we all loved the outdoor shower room. We also appreciated the provision of so many toiletries. The walk to the beach is down approximately 40 steps. They're easy, wide steps. Santa Teresa Gallura is a lovely town. We'll definitely be back. Daniela was helpful prior to booking and Mauro brilliant from arrival to leaving. Thanks for an amazing stay!
