10.0Great mattresses and pillows, nicely equipped full kitchen with a stocked spice rack. Two bedrooms with ensuites plus another full bath upstairs. Home is fairly new: flooring and fixtures and appliances are up to date. Roku TV was a bonus after a long day! Host communicated promptly
− Biggest issue was a minor thing that the host has no control over: A newer neighborhood has a major building construction site a block away: this was a very minor matter driving to the home. and had zero impact on our stay, no noise or lights noticeable at the house.

9.0Everything was exceptional. Cleanliness exceptional, beds extra comfortable, great amount of space for the 5 of us. Having Roku was a very pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated!
− The back patio door was partially boarded up, and there was no access to the backyard. A new proprietor, so just a few pointers - face cloths in the washroom, dishwasher tabs in the kitchen.
