Una escapada con vista espectacular y relajante.

La ubicación esta excelente, el anfitrión estuvo al tanto. La casa nos toco aislada de otras así que no hubo ningún problema con el ruido. La alberca muy bien, se ensucio por el viento y pedimos una red para dar limpieza y nos la llevaron.

− No tienen escoba o trapeado para dar limpieza así que no pudimos barrer la arena que metíamos a la casa, era inevitable ya saliendo del patio de la casa esta la arena. Había unos cuchillos medio oxidados. Tal vez solo revisar utensilios.

The View

− The condition of this property is absolutely unacceptable. It is completely neglected, blatantly misrepresented, and frankly, a safety hazard. First and foremost, the safety issues at this property are appalling. There were exposed electrical wires on the patio light, and the second-floor guardrails are incredibly old and dangerously flimsy for anyone with children. Additionally, there is a garage beneath the house that is completely covered in dirt and hoarded with old, discarded appliances. Beyond the safety hazards, the basic amenities we paid for were practically nonexistent. The toilet was broken when we arrived. I contacted the staff to fix it, but after waiting around with no help, I was forced to fix it myself just so we could use the bathroom! There was absolutely no hot water, and the stove was completely broken. When I tried to contact the staff about these major issues, they were completely unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi connection is a joke—if you are lucky, you get exactly one minute of connectivity before it drops. The listing was also highly misleading regarding location, as accessing the beach requires a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, which was not made clear. The entire property is old, deteriorating, and severely lacking in basic maintenance. I trusted Booking.com to provide a reliable place to stay, and instead, I paid for a stressful, hazardous nightmare.

The location was great. The view and beach front was great.

− 30 minutes for someone to come to the gate to hand us keys in 75 degrees. ALL of the outside areas were dirty, with bird poop and full of sand, Downstairs and upstairs furniture. No where to sit. We couldnt find anything to clean it ourselves. Outside furniture had alot of wear and tear. The pool was disgusting. Sand, bird poop and trash. Pool was super cold like cold plunge cold. No matter how hot the day was it didn't warm up. Texted the host Angelica within the first hour with pictures of what was wrong. She texted me back and said she was sending someone. No one came during the whole trip on her behalf. After that she stop answering my texts. Left us on our own for days. I called the corporate number that I received through Expedia, someone was going to call me back. No one call back! Inside the house: No hot water on check-in day (Sunday). Couldnt have a night shower. Or wash dishes. The next day (Monday) they have construction starting right in front of our place. 8am-4pm. Hammering, bulldozing all day. Men walking arounding while we were sunbathing. With the bulldozing being done it got sand all over our items outside. The tables, chairs, towels, speaker, food and pool which had to be dusted by us. We couldnt keep it sand free the whole trip. By noon that Monday, we saw a construction worker watering the dirt, we asked him where was he getting water from because we had no water since arrival. He said he was going to send us a maintenance person over. The man came over and turned on the water for us, they forgot to turn on the water. We asked him for a broom and trash bags and for him to come daily to clean the pool for us (for a tip). So everyday we had construction done in the ocean view side and on the unit next to us had maintenance working on it. No broom, no mop, no trash bags, no rags to clean. No salt, no pepper, no oil to cook. Some of the outlets do not work. The doors do not lock from the outside. Had to leave our items unlocked to go to town.
