− A little tired in in places.
Has potential, but needs a lot of work done to the kitchen.
5.0Spacious main bedroom and other 2 bedrooms were nicely decorated with queen beds. Bathroom was large and the water pressure was good. Easy to park. Aldi supermarket was nearby.
− The kitchen was tiny and the oven was filthy. The fire sensor in the bathroom was beeping every few minutes as the battery needed replacing. When we arrived there was lots of mail on the entrance floor that hadn’t been removed for sometime. The stairwell to the backyard and garbage was dirty. Quite noisy at times as it is on a main road. Contacted the agent and sent photos and they were going to try and rectify the issues the next day, but being the weekend that didn’t happen. Be mindful that you need to go up stairs to get to the living areas.
