10.0The family who run this hotel are amazing people.. Lượng was able to arrange bikes for my country side tour, dining options in town, scooters, and a taxi for me in my amazing week at cao bang, ! Twice I had a difficulties in the local area and both times Lượng went out of his was to help and was able to resolve on my behalf.. one banking issue and a technical problem with passport could have been a disaster but Lượng saved me and solved the problem!!! In his own words he… “knows what tourists want”. But the way he could help me with difficult situations was outstanding and I can’t thank him enough for saving me a lot of stress. 10.0Very good place to stay - only about 2km from the central intercity bus station. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are a bit harder as everywhere. The people there are very kind, helped us with itinerary, rented a bike and stored our bags. The check-in at 4am was not a problem at all. Really recommend this place! Thank you for everything.

Quiet hotel, good for a night or two, nice family, we liked the local area around us
8.0Quiet hotel, good for a night or two when starting the Cao Bang loop or to explore the city. The family is very nice. Everything seems a bit dated especially the bathroom, but we would still return. Beds are on the very firm side but you get a very airy and light room which is very rare in Vietnam for this price range.
