8.0location, vista mare e verde, aria pulita!! appartamento pulitissimo accogliente e con tutto il necessario. Il Sig. Ivano gentilissimo e disponibile!!

Posto molto isolato
3.0L'appartamento era funzionante e pulito.
− Prima di tutto la casa era completamente isolata.. Ci vogliono 20 minuti per scendere a Sperlonga. Vicino alla casa non c'è nulla, neanche un minimarket. In casa non c'era internet e neanche il campo per il telefono. Per accedere all'appartamento ci sono circa 75 scalini per scendere.

− Schimmel an Wand und Fliesen in Küche und Bad. Feucht, nicht gelüftet. In der Küche Töpfe mit stark zerkratzter Beschichtung. Unter der Spüle gestapelt, fettig. In einigen Mäusekot. Schlecht geputzt. Keine Beschattung der Terasse. Sonnenschirm und Ständer total kaputt. Keine Markise oder Pergola o.ä. Terasse im Sommer bei Tag nicht benutzbar.

− Second bed (sofa) not super comfortable, hard to find the first time (but great video instructions from owner), 15 min by car from next village, restaurants, etc.
