10.0L'ambiente è curato, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda per visitare la città, ma al tempo stesso garantire la tranquillità. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione!
− Unica piccola pecca: in cucina mancavano olio e sale, ma ci siamo organizzati facilmente dato che c'è la COOP vicino. Nel complesso, esperienza eccellente!

9.0Ottimo appartamento in periferia a Perugia perfetto se volete visitare l'Umbria spostandovi in auto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno fornito tante informazioni utili per il nostro viaggio e che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili fin dalla prenotazione. L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato e dispone anche di posto auto al coperto accessibile senza uscire all'esterno. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile!
− Aggiungerei qualche utensile in più in cucina per chi volesse cucinare in appartamento in modo più agevole. Inoltre essendo in periferia è ottimo per spostarsi in auto ma non per uscire a fare due passi a piedi. Si tratta comunque di piccolezze che non inficiano l'ottima esperienza.
