8.0Casa molto pulita, moderna, ben arredata e posizione comoda per spostarsi nelle località vicine. C'è biliardino e tapis roulant e soprattutto il condizionatore.
− Manca il bidet e alcuni utensili fondamentali per la cucina e i secchi per la raccolta differenziata🙂. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento potrebbe essere perfetta.

9.0Tantissime cose mi sono piaciute: l'enorme spazio dell'ambiente cucina/soggiorno, l'enorme tv con accesso Internet, Sky e impianto audio bose, il calcio balilla, l'enorme frigo con levetta anteriore per la fuoriuscita dell'acqua fresca, la nuovissima cucina con forno a microonde e forno normale, il letto comodissimo, la zona lavanderia esterna nel pozzo luce, ecc. ecc.
