− Our stay was extremely disappointing and we left the property shortly after arrival. The villa did not match the photos or the standard presented in the listing. The actual condition was significantly worse than advertised. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the house, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The bathrooms smelled of urine, the house was hot and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We also found visible rust, signs of mold, stains on furniture, worn-out surfaces, and a general lack of cleanliness and maintenance. None of these issues were visible in the listing photos. We attempted to contact the host multiple times by phone and message over several hours but received no meaningful assistance. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the property and pay for alternative accommodation at our own expense. This situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted valuable vacation time, and resulted in additional costs. We have stayed in multiple accommodations in Mauritius and this was by far our worst experience. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. If you value your time, comfort, and vacation, I strongly advise looking for alternative accommodation.

− ménage et certaines installations à revoir cuvette des toilettes jaune et bac de douche sale, poubelle de la cuisine pas nettoyé la table et le bar de cuisine ainsi que les lavabo dans la chambre sont envahi de minuscule betes obligé de ne rien laissé dessus et de nettoyer régulièrement Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car pas de télécommande pour ouvrir les volets et très compliqué de communiquer avec quelqu'un. agence en ligne qui ne répond pas
