10.0Tolles Quartier - direkt bei der Kathedrale. ca. 200 Meter vom Quartier entfernt gibt es gratis Parkmöglichkeiten bzw. eine zahlungspflichtige Garage (Einfahrtshöhe 2,10 Meter) die Tages- und Wochenpauschalen anbietet. Das Quartier liegt im ersten Stock eines modernen Hauses (mit Lift), ist super eingerichtet, Heizung und Warmwasser haben tadellos funktioniert, Betten waren sehr bequem, Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion und Wäscheständer vorhanden. Im Bad gibts eine große Duschkabine - sehr angenehm <3. Das Haus selber hat "spanische Bauqualität" - die Mitbewohner des Hauses sind allerdings sehr auf die Nachtruhe bedacht. Zwischen 23.00 Uhr und 7.00 Uhr ists im Haus sehr ruhig, Manchmal hört man allerdings die Garageneinfahrt des Hotels bzw. Nachtschwärmer - aber für diese Lage ist das echt kein Thema. Für zwei Personen war das Platz- und Stauraumangebot ausreichend. Für vier Leute mit Rädern (außer Kinder) könnte es knapp werden. Rund um das Haus gibt es unzählige Lokal- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check-In und virtuelle Schlüsselübergabe haben super funktioniert.
− Selbst nach über zwei Wochen ist mir nichts aufgefallen ;(

7.0Die Lage war sehr gut udn es war sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Die Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine, definitiv ein Pluspunkt! Das Personal hat sogar spontan am Sonntag Abend noch einen Transport zum Flughafen zu organisieren für Montag organisiert..
− Ein paar grundsätzliche Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Waschmittel wären praktisch. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war leider etwas verstopft und die Lüftung im Bad war kaputt. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, es war sehr staubig v.a. unter den Betten.
