10.0It was such a comfy studio room, the view was so pretty. I loved the fact that there was records and extra blankets. I really felt like I was in a home.

9.0The Room with a View studio was a perfect anniversary getaway for my husband & me. The studio had all of the basics for food prep. Great views of the dunes from the studio & deck with a peekaboo ocean view. So convenient being a 5 minute walk to the ocean and the boardwalk, cycling trails & in the other direction, all of the great seafood restaurants & shops. One highlight was sunset at The Pickled Fish & a beachwalk to Long Beach Tavern for fresh Oyster shooters. Great hikes and parks to explore. Loved the history tour & a few walks to the local lighthouses near by. We will be back.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
9.0Location was great. The room was much nicer then the photos indicated.
− We could have picked some nicer weather but it was still nice to get away. The day it rained allowed us to visit Astoria and Seaside.
