8.0− The cable tv system was a bit complicated and the one tv was really hard to see during the late afternoon due to extreme sun exposure. Perhaps an outside shade screen would help with that. Also, the patio table was covered with peeling paint, so unusable. The 2-car garage was packed with many bicycles making it hard to park inside, and only doable for one car, barely.
