− The water outside the property flowing on the street. I didn't realise it was sharing CR, though I must say these were in good numbers and clean.

10.0the staff are very friendly, accomodating and professional. the place is okay, baha lang ang area but the place is pretty decent with free drink upstairs pa. with kitchen, utensils, pots ams pans, pool table, hang out areas (yes po, madami) and properly maintained ang lugar. you can bring your food, may water dispenser naman din sila. pwede ding magpa-deliver
− nung lumabas lang kami to buy sa labas, we have to walk at iniwan na ang sasakyan, the whole area is baha and mejj malumot sa gilid. ingtat baka madulas lang pero the place itself is excellent
