Horrible. 4 flights of steep stairs. 2 flights to bathroom from room.

Nothing.

− First of all, not one of the hotel taxi luggage people could find the location. Nobody in the area seemed to know where it was. There was nothing at all with #608 on the door. It was only when I called to say nobody could find the location that the Host finally sent a video via WhatsApp. Even then, when we found the gate and entered the courtyard, none of the three doors had #608 on it. There was 609 and 610 and a door with no number. The next instruction was to go up the stairs to room #5. We went through the door with no number, assuming it was 608, but at the top there was only rooms 1, 2, and 3. I called again, and was told to use the stairs next to door 609. We went up a total of 4 flights of stairs to the Attic. One bed was in a room with no windows and a sloping ceiling where you can't even stand up straight. The other room had a tiny Garrett window that you could only get to by stooping over and almost crawling into the window space to be able to see a slice of the side canal. The bathroom was two flights of stairs away from the room. None of this was spelled out at the reservation. Having gone through to joint replacements, I would never in a million years have booked this room if I had known how many flights of stairs we had to negotiate. I do not recommend this location for anyone who doesn't love stairs and I would not recommend this host.

We had no breakfast. We bought a coffee with croissant at a nearby pasticceria. What I liked about the room is that is was plain and neat. We had a small fridge which is always welcome to preserve food while we are on our way. It was quited and located in a central spot. The staff, mainly girls that also do the cleaning, is very friendly. All necessary information is provided by the host via textmessage.

− Details were off, some light bulbs were missing, the stair runner had come loose, so I fixed it in place myself. There was a constant sound of running water behind the bathroom wall; the furniture and fittings were meant to look luxurious, with a wood and leather finish and chrome accents, but they were very lightweight, which actually made them look a bit cheap. Anyway, we had a good night’s sleep, and that’s the main thing.

La struttura si trova in posizione molto comoda.

− La bottiglia di gel doccia era vuota il tappeto sulla scala ripidissima non era fissato in un punto. Non so come nessuno dei vs ospiti ha rotto la schiena. Molto molto pericolante. Mi ero davvero meravigliata che era lasciato in questo stato!
