We didn’t like anything as our stay was cancelled at the Richard very last minute with a weird excuse . STILL NOT GOT OUT REFUND . BOOKING.COM NOT HELPING

− Area looked grotty and run down. Don’t be deceived by the pictures on page

− Everything. Do not stay here. First of all opened the front door after the host sent us the wrong key code number and we had to phone them several times to get the correct one, and we were greeted with the stench of marijuana inside the property. The property looks nothing like the photos it is situated in a completely unsafe place, they said we couldn’t check in early because they were cleaning, yet when we pulled the duvets back to get in bed, there was black bits all in the sheets. People tried to break into the apartment when we were out and seem to have also stolen the ring doorbell and caused damage to the front of the property. The host tried to charge us an extra £25 because we had someone come into the air B&B for a short while (not to stay). The toilet downstairs was broken and practically hanging off. The garden/terrace was a joke.

We selected this because it was very cheap and close to where we needed to be. We only needed a place to sleep and this place was good for that. We found the beds incredibly comfortable, clean sheets, towels and although the place really does need alot of TLC, it was clean where it was important to be clean, ie toilets, sinks, beds and it is spacious.

− There is a need to do some extensive DIY in places and requires a lick of paint. We didn't need to use the kitchen to cook a meal but there did seem to be some items missing that would perhaps have made the preparation of a meal difficult.

− Was damp, unclean, stains and marks everywhere. Location felt unsafe and scary! Not worth the money at all. Looks nothing like the photos. Could attach more photos but won’t let me add anymore than 4. Disgusting.

− I seemed to have missed the reviews because I would never usually book without looking. I can't believe I booked this! I stayed with Californian friends, so imagine how embarrassed I was! I have travelled all over the world with them and never stayed in such a dump. The first impression when parking didn't give much hope. Although when first impressions it looked clean when staying you realise it was not. We were told we couldn't check in until 4 pm because it was being cleaned (?). Though we were told we could check in earlier. To say the apartment is for 6 people ( we were a group of 4) there were only 3 glasses. It's not very handy when you all want a glass of wine. We were told we had to check out by 9am. so it could be cleaned. No problem with that. Couldn't wait to get out. Bookings.com - this should not be offered as a 2 bath apartment. It's one bathroom and one cloakroom. In fact, it should not be on your listings at all. I could write a lot more, but I want to forget about it asap because I will never live this down with my friends.
