10.0We had to wait until the unit was ready, but were able to keep our luggage in the office about a mile away.
− The unit had everything we needed except a couple days supply of hair and wash products in the bathroom. We had to find a place right away to buy soap and hair products.

− Could use more attention to detail in cleaning the high ceiling and high window areas. It wasn't clearly advertised that this unit was part of an apartment complex.
