10.0Everything was perfect, the Villa was exceptionally well looked after and very comfortable from the beds to the couches and the sunbeds. Couldn't find any fault with it, Location was ideal. The pool was heated which made swimming in January very pleasant ☺️

Had a lovely quiet week would definetely consider this Villa again if travelling Lanzarote.
9.0I base this review on value for money, you can get more luxurious villas in better locations but you will pay a lot more. Villa is 7 mins in a Taxi from airport, this is great when you have been travelling for 6 / 7 hours to get there. Good communication with host, sent all instructions via WhatsApp. Great location 5 mins to beach / 5 min walk to nearest HyperDino supermarket, 10 mins walk to nearest bars / restaurants. Very clean with good size pool area for size of Villa. Very quiet even during the day with some noise from the airport now and again but not a problem. Big main bedroom with lots of storage space & nice little balcony. Second bedroom good with two single beds and decent storage. Pool is very REFRESHING, I like a cold pool when weather is hot. Wifi is good, took fire stick which worked fine so had UK tv / movies with no issues. Had a good week.
− No aircon..This was not a big problem for us in May as evenings were cool but can imagine in mid summer it could get a bit sweaty at night.
