10.0The price was great! The owner was available for any questions.. responded very efficiently! The location was great and it is very quiet! Had a Mexican restaurant and another restaurant with karaoke on Saturday nights. Staff at that restaurant was very very nice and all within walking distance! Had a great Marina to walk to. Just really loved it. Can't go wrong with this place!! Also my friend left a shirt and he's really trying hard to find it for us! Can't go wrong. Just saying!!
− The only complaint was the mattress downstairs needs to be replaced really bad
