Chỗ nghỉ ngay phố Bạch Đằng, rất dễ tìm nên thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống. Phòng decor xinh xắn, rất là yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Đi lại tự do vì có chìa khoá riêng biệt, tuy có 2R để share trong chỗ nghỉ nhưng ở 2 tầng khác nhau nên hoàn toàn không ảnh hưởng gì cả. Ngoài ra còn có bếp nấu ăn chung và chỗ để xe thoải mái lắm. Điểm + là chỗ nghỉ trang bị các vật dụng vệ sinh cá nhân như là ở chính trong nhà mình vậy, TV kết nối wifi tha hồ xem youtube, hơn hẳn nhiều chỗ nghỉ khác. Xung quanh chỗ nghỉ có rất nhiều quán coffee view đẹp và nhà hàng bán đồ ăn uống khá ngon miệng, rất gần với phố đi bộ nên có thể chill vào cuối tuần. Cô tiếp đón cực kỳ dễ thương, thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ.

Nothing. There is nothing to like. Ignore the positive reviews because this place is a health hazard.

− First of all everything is falsely advertised. It is not a place to yourself with an ensuite. There is a room upstairs and you can hear everything. The toilet was next to my room, and you can hear the other people come in and out. So it was shared - false advertising. When you enter downstairs you are greeted by the kitchen and a terrible smell of mould. The mould stains all of the walls and I found it hard to breathe right away. Then the bedroom is way smaller than what it looks like in the photos, and the walls are saturated with moisture and mould. It smelled so bad. The hallway is covered in mould and so is the bathroom. It was almost 10pm at night when i arrived and i tried to sleep but the bed was itchy and the smell was so bad I left to walk for several hours for my health. At 6am I got on the train back to Hanoi. I complained and they said that nobody complained before, which is not true, but also I am complaining. They also tried to blame years of neglect on the fact that it rained heavily yesterday. They tried not to pay me back until I complained to booking.com. They moaned that the amount was little so why argue about getting my money back. That is 3 days worth of money and more importantly it is my money. Absolute terrible behaviour and actually the worst place I have ever booked. Why does booking.com allow such places to be advertised? It is very unprofessional.

− Không phải 1 căn riêng tư như phần miêu tả, mà là ở phòng trên có 1 phòng có khách khác ở. Lối cầu thang lên tường bong tróc và mùi ẩm mốc cực kỳ, phòng ngủ dưới cuối giường còn có mùi gián, khai do nước đái chuột.... Mình đặt 2 đêm guarantee thẻ tín dụng ko đc trả lại tiền. Nên đành bỏ tiền đi thuê phòng khác ở. Chủ nhà nên tân trang sửa chữa mới lại nhà rồi hẵn cho thuê kinh doanh, như thế này ko nên.
