9.0Although the location is not the most convenient, this is common for the region. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the Italian cuisine is outstanding. The view from the balcony overlooking the volcano, the beach, and the city is simply breathtaking. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the staff are always happy to help with transfers and any requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

− Beaucoup trop de marches et l emplacement n était pas très pratique il faudrait parler un peut le français quand ont tient un hôtel mettre des étagères dans la salle de bain pour poser les produits et des porte vêtements dans la salle de bain pour les peignoirs
