Dirty and Unacceptable – No Refund Offered

− We booked the apartment at 7 PM and were told we could only check in at 9 PM. After picking up the keys, we found the place dirty, full of hair, and the bed covers smelled awful. It looked like a rushed cleanup, but hygiene was far below standard. We left immediately and slept in our camper. To make things worse, the owner refused to offer any refund. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

9.0Great location 1 minute from the sea and in the centre of town just off the main street, which I love. But the bedrooms’ windows look over a big courtyard at the back and so are perfectly quiet. Stéphan is a great host, welcoming and helpful. He met us at the apartment and checked we had all the essentials (salt, oil, shampoo etc) for our stay. I won’t put this in the negatives, because it wasn’t for us, but to get free parking you need to walk 10-15 minutes
