9.0Accueil chaleureux et chambre confortable et de bonnes recommandations pour découvrir le parc national. Notre guide Kendal était exceptionnel : grâce à lui, nous avons découvert une faune et une flore incroyables lors d’un tour en canoë et d’une visite nocturne inoubliable. Service irréprochable, cadre authentique et immersion totale dans la jungle. À recommander sans hésiter !
Toller Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen!
10.0Die Unterkunft war sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön zu sehen, wie alle hier genannten Verbesserungsvorschläge umgesetzt worden sind, dementsprechend gibt es mittlerweile Vorhänge im Zimmer, eine Kaffeeecke am Balkon und jemanden der einem beim Bootsanleger abholt und mit den Koffern hilft. Besonders schön fanden wir die über das Hotel gebuchten Touren mit unseren Guide Kendal. Dieser war ein hervorragender Guide und konnte uns viel über Tortugero und dessen Flora und Fauna erzählen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt im Chilamate Room 2!

Room with good air-conditioning in great location
8.0Good location on the edge of the national park so away from the noise of he village. Saw monkeys and various birds from our veranda. Great to have air conditioning in the room. Very friendly owner who provided good contact info and advice in advance. We booked various tours with the owner that were expertly led by Gabriel who is a great guide.

9.0The hosts are lovely and are really welcoming. The location is great, just in the edge of the national park so you can spot monkeys and birds from the garden. The room is really spacious with a massive bathroom and is really nice and clean.
Clean, lovely balcony
7.0Compared to the other houses in the village, Chilamate room feels green and clean at the edge of the village. Gabriel picked us up from the boat and was so friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. The town itself is very poor but its safe so the walk to the place! We loved the view of the trees and see the birds and the monkeys from there. The room is exactly as described. And the owners are friendly.
− We do see some improvements to make it even better. The room would upgrade big time with curtains, a little coffeemaker and hot water kettle and fridge and a cover for the gap under the door. For us that would make the value for money fitted :). But again these are improvements not complaints
