9.0Really nice place, very clean. Responsive and friendly host. The big house comfortable, the little one a bit too warm in hot days. It's good to have something for mosquitoes because there's a water reservoir right next to it. We were really impressed by the swimming pool - clean and well-maintained.
Ein Haus mit schönem Garten und einen tollen Blick auf Viareggio und das Meer
9.0Uns hat insbesondere der sehr schöne Ausblick auf Viareggio und der Pool gefallen. Ein sehr schönes Örtchen, etwas abgelegen, aber dadurch auch schön ruhig und ungestört. Der Garten ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet, so dass wir uns dort gerne aufgehalten haben. Als Startpunkt für Touren nach Carrara, Lucca, Chianti und Viareggio sehr gut geeignet. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet.
− Das Haus ist etwas dunkel und kühl (im Sommer sicher angenehm). In einigen Räumen wäre helles Licht hilfreich. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere in der Küche wären modernere Geräte oder auch z.B. scharfe Messer sehr willkommen. Das Haus musste immer regelmäßig gelüftet werden, sonst roch es etwas muffig.
De bedoeling was om een rustige vakantie te hebben met privé zwembad en een mooi uitzicht op de zee.
10.0wat mij he meeste beviel was de locatie: zeer rustig gelegen en een prachtig uitzicht. Ook op een 300 tal meter een leuk restaurantje waar men zeer goed eet alsook op een paar km een ander leuk restaurant.

>HOUSE RULES
1) Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of €10 per person per stay or bring their own.
2) All guests will be required to provide their personal data and an identity document for registration on the AlloggiatiWeb portal, and on the portal of the Tuscany Region and the Municipality, in compliance with the requirements of Italian legislation: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of legislative decree no. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of legislative decree n. 286 of 1998 and art. 193 of royal decree n. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guests' data to the Police Headquarters), art. 84 bis regional law n. 86/2016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" which provides for a "Communications for statistical purposes" (Communication of data to the Region) and art. 70 regional law n. 86/2016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" (Communication to the Municipality).
3) Guests will have to pay in cash at check-in €1.50 per person per night for the tourist tax to the Municipality of Massarosa. You will receive a message with the total amount to be paid.
4) Check-in with key delivery in person from 3pm to 6pm. Check-out by 9.00am; KEYS and the REMOTE CONTROL of the parking gate: Do not lose the keys, you may be charged a cost of €100.00
