La ubicación es buena, pero el acceso en vehículo no muy cómodo. Está en un patio con acceso estrecho se ouede estacionar a 300 metros Para una pareja joven y saludable esta bien, el tamaño de la instalación está bien para una pareja. El anfitrión fue amable, no pudo resolver lo del WI FI o el Tv por culpa del proveedor
− El sector de cocina es oscuro, necesita siempre tener la puerta de ingreso abierta para que entre algo de luz al , o tener encendida todo el dia la iluminación electrica. El Internet y la señal de TV nunca anduvo porque el proveedor del servicio no le cunplió al propietario con el servicio. IXIhome que parece ser quien administra esta oferta se limitó a pedirnos datos y darnos instrucciones, pero nunca ayudo a la resolución de inconvenientes.

Équipements cuisine. Canapé du séjour. Télévision. Machine à laver. La réactivité de Gianluigi pour résoudre les problèmes et son excellent bon sens.
− Le manque de propreté à l'arrivée. Le lit est beaucoup trop bas. Pas de place à garer l'auto devant l'appartement. Quant à la vue sur jardin, il s'agit du jardin d'un voisin qui en plus est cachée par les voitures des résidents car l'appartement se trouve en fait dans une cour lombarde.

Apparemment très bien, propre et bien équipé, parfait
− Impossible d'y accéder en voiture, des gens avec des chiens pas tenus en laisse près du parking, loin de l'appartement et seul endroit possible pour le stationnement, on est pas très serein a marcher vers l'appartement !
