1.0Nothing!!Very poor services!! The host gave me a house full of bedbugs!!different House that I had not booked for!! Then changed to this ,which I had booked for next day!!!which was better but poor services no hot water nor bottle of water....I don't recommend!! She has insulted me because money was not collected from my credit card which was not even my fault!! She has labelled and called me names even after explaining to her my credit card has always been there with money in it!!Sent several whatsapp msgs with very bad comments on me a customer that she doesn't even know my background!!! Stay away!!! HOST FROM HELL!!!
− The host has been calling and texting me,looking for her money, yet booking had no options for cancellations!! She wanted me to cancel and pay her direct, but booking was saying on its website even if you cancel money would still be collected from your card!!! I have been with booking for years and this host is the worst!! Insulting me after a bad experience, no hot water, no bottles of drinking water .Poor services!!! changing my house without notice!! Giving me a neighbours house!!! saying she was fully booked after receiving and accepting my booking!!! WORST HOST !!!
