− Had an issue with the freezer fan not working/freezing, very receptive and sent out a repair man right away!

Please be advised: A balcony construction project is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2024 at The Colonnades. The project is expected to last through the end of December, possibly extending into January, 2025 depending on weather conditions. This project will involve resurfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings. During this time, the balconies on the south side of the property will not be accessible. Additionally, the pool and pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project. Please be aware that there will be periods of loud noise, particularly when the balconies are being ground down.
