Basement flat with beatiful garden
7.0Good new appliances. You can find everything you need. Well furnished big flat. Beautiful paintings at walls. Very beautiful, natural, calm garden.
− Carpet and couch was stained. Basement floor flat, so no direct sunlight in the house. Landlord is at upstairs and there is a connection door to landlords flat and while we have our friends as visitors; our kids were playing they opened the door and we shocked, it wasnt locked. I find it weird. Keep that in mind.

− Nothing important but luck of amenities ( shampoo, conditioner, body soap ) which are not new bottles ( we didn’t use ) and we didn’t have enough toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days. It would be nice to have an automatic light outside entrance. ( when we came back in the evening it is too dark to go down the stairs. )

Perfect location for our needs
9.0Location perfect for us. Parking was great to have. Enjoyed the walk across Hammersmith Bridge to public transport. And the Sunday morning walk along the northside Thames Path. The flat really is SPACIOUS. We did not use the garden as it was COLD.
