Host and room were good, neighbours were not.
7.0It is well equipped for a small bedsit for max 2 people. Tea, Coffee, and Sugar are available. It is Easy to check in with a lock box and it was clean. Host was very friendly and responsive too, no complaints in this regard.
− unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by significant noise from another guest. Throughout the night and day, there were frequent disturbances, including loud (And very X-rated) noises and a constant flow of visitors coming and going at all hours. This made it very difficult to sleep, I was woken several times a night due to the "activities" next door. I did not feel comfortable confronting the neighbours about it and there always seemed to be men waiting in cars outside.

− I didn't like the fact that there was no parking outside and I had to walk with a heavy suitcase for 10 to 15 mins9
Disappointing at price - not “charming” budget bedsit at best
5.0The bed was comfortable Bathroom was smart
− Location was dreadful - broken glass and smelling of weed around area Very basic bedsit. Definitely not a charming holiday home. Walk past a tip to get to front door. No outside light to unlock door at night. Handrail up stairs falling off wall. Funny smell in room (despite plug in air freshener). No remote for TV - despite messaging on arrival but nothing was done. No little extras like fresh milk in the fridge as a welcome - which is expected these days at this price bracket. The bedding didn’t feel fresh - had definitely not been ironed so no idea if had been changed.

− There was no cutlery separated from other utensils. 1 spoon etc. pieces of uncooked pasta loose in the drawer.
Decent accommodation and the host was easily contactable and reacted to resolve any queries

− External temperatures were very low and the small panel heater struggled to heat the room particularly on arrival it was very cold .
